50/50 TIN & LEAD SOLDER
Description
50% Tin / 50% Lead is a general purpose solder used in the soldering of copper and copper alloys and/or ferrous based alloys. This alloy offers satisfactory corrosion resistance properties and is generally used where temperature requirements are critical.
Technical Data
- Color: Gray/Silver
- Melting Range: 361° – 421° F (solid to liquid)
- Shear Strength: 5200 psi
- Tensile Strength: 6000 psi
