60/40 Tin & Lead Solder

60% Tin / 40% Lead is used for soldering copper foils and came seams. The narrow pasty range, or melting range gives the user a smoother bead. 60/40 is a superior flowing solder and is the most popular of the tin/lead alloys for stained glass.
